Eventually, your body will adapt. It is normal enough, although everyone is different in their responses so there is not really any normal to compare with. There are other things you can do with your energy. The full body circuit might be more to your liking.

So, uh, whenever I try NEW and  I direct the energy towards my Sub-naval storage center, um, it tends to cause my bowels to start moving, and causes disturbances. Is this normal? Does it happen to anyone else? Am I doing something wrong?
