YEAH! Iv'e heard all these people talking about the synchro cds and stuff but is there any i can get free or download?

In my opinion, you can acheive the same or better results using BWGEN.

It is free to download, and you can make your own pre-sets. We also have some pre-sets in the File Library, but you will need to spend $40 on registering the software first. But considering some CD's cost twice that for just the one, it is a great bargain, and well worth having.

The most effective freqencies for phasing and OBE are around 4Hz.

Hi everyone,
I would like to ask if any of you have experience with the Insight Program CD from Awakened minds ( www.awakenedminds.com ).
It's a cd that gives the whole brain synchronization effect achieved in deep meditation.
If anyone has some experience with the program and would like to share I would be most thankful.
