Well, as a preventative, I don't know if you are a heavy coffee or soda drinker but if you are you could try to cut back as caffine causes migraines.

Normal i drink a lot of water. And i never drink coffe.
I have try to see if there is something i eat or drink who start the Migraine. But have not found anything yet.
The true of life is not the way we see it. But how we feel it. With out feeling the picture we see is just an illusion.

Hi everbody. I want to ask if there is someone who have a good advise, how to cure Migraine. Normal i get it 1 time every month.
I dont use any medicin, that it don´t seems to help.
It is very irritating. Hope someone have a good advise:-)
