The only tip I can give you is to start reading. You really need to stop posting so much and start reading what others have said. All the answers to what you've asked are right here in this forum. Just use the search engine at the top of the page and that will assist you in finding out what you want.

Also, there are a number of threads here called "stickies". That means that they were deemed to have enough important information in them to remain at the top of the boards for a while. You should take your time and read those too.

Nothing comes easy. There is no magic pill. No secret answer. All we learn in life comes by work and experience. That may seem boring but that's the way it is. So please, read some posts and read some books. You should also start to look within. You will soon discover you have narrower questions and also some answers of your own.
