Go to www.bwgen.com It has many presets on OOBE, LD, and chakras, etc. But you have to pay to register it. Unless....

i found the brainwave mind voyages cds works very well with me.

Binaural sound (includes brainwave entertainment) has helped me a lot. Its supposed to make left and right sides of a brain work together (genius brains do that more than normal). After listening to various binaural sounds for a total of at least 100 hours, I'm better able to apply logic to emotions and other right brain activities and the reverse. That gave me the ability to understand things I closed-mindedly said were impossible before I started listening to binaural, and that led to OBE.

I haven't tried the "Monroe Institutes" stuff and I've only recently started playing with BWGen ... and while I can't say anything about astral experiences resulting from it's use (I'm new to the astral thing too) there is most defenitely an entrainment effect. I'm particularly fond of the "Too Much Coffee" preset in the morning [:D] and many of the relaxation and sleep inducing presets do appear to work for me as well. I've tried listening to the Astral presets without any notable effects so far ... but one has to remember it is just a tool and maybe I just haven't figured out how to work it properly yet.

Oh, I also find that fiddling a bit with the presets seems to be very beneficial. I liken it to fine tuning the system ... each person probably has a slightly different optimum frequency for entrainment ... or atleast that's my feeling.

Anyhow, I recommend the brainwave generator and a little fiddling. If you find something you like you can easily generate your own entrainment CD.

I did attempt to work with Monroe Institute tapes but had little luck at the time.  Now I've returned to the subject and see a lot of entrainment websites.  Has anyone tried using them to help keep the body/mind quiet so you can practice OB things?  Any results or do's and don'ts appreciated, especially if you found a CD that worked well for you.
