Yes, a Psi ball is made up solely of energy.  You can do just about anything that you can imagine it doing.  There is little point in throwing it other than watching what effect it has when it hits something.

Yes the first step is being able to feel the energy or atleast visualize it.  Then all you do is imagine the energy is moving to the object.  Closest thing to this would be daydreaming but controlling the dream.  Itches, tingles, the list of sensations related to energy goes on.  You get used to the difference with practice.

I usually just think of the object and imagine it doing what I want it to do.

It is much more easily repeatable if you are relaxed when doing it.

This is something that varies from person to person all of the above techniques work but you must find what works best for you.

The rule is more of a guideline.  It is possible to do this stuff for show but most people get this idea from spiritual beliefs that if you've taken the time to develop your ability that you should atleast have enough respect of it not to use it to move yourself in the opposite direction spiritually (focus on material items that is).

I don't believe in God persay but I believe in higher spiritual beings.  In my opinion I believe that this stuff is okay just as long as you do not use it to gain material wealth or regress yourself in someother way.

You are exactly right cameras are relatively cheap but so to are video editing software.  No matter what anyone does there will always be someone that says it is fake or can "prove" that the video is fake.  So why should we waste our time creating these images and videos if we will just start a big argument of whether or not the are legitimate.  There are much better uses for our time than trying to back up our claim against skeptics.

I've heard that Psi balls can be "programmed" to do different things. You'd have to ask someone who knows more about the subject for details, though.

Is their a telekinesis master somewhere making this rule and making everyone follow it? It's not a rule, exactly. The point is that TK isn't just a cool party trick and you might have difficulty learning it if it's for the wrong reasons. It helps to motivate you if you have a higher goal (i.e. spiritual advancement). But if you DO want to make money ([}:)]) this foundation will give you a million dollars if you can do TK or anything else paranormal on their terms.

How long has it taken all of you to finally get something to move, or still nothing yet? I've been practicing for a few weeks and I can nudge the psi wheel about a millimeter. [] Still practicing.

9--How many of you believe in God? Do you think God is alright with this? Wow, that's creepy. Ditto my answer with Links Shadows for the first question. Why wouldn't God be alright with it? Never even came to my mind; it's a natural ability.

10--How come if some of you guys can do this stuff, why have I never seen any videos or anything with someone doing telekinesis. Web cameras are cheap now days. They are? I should get one. [] Anyway, there's a cool video of some dude doing TK on a pen that I didn't see any problems with before (tried to scrutinize it more carefully and my computer died).
