Head trama from AP

this was this afternoon i was taking a nap on the couch and i started to AP, i felt a big jolt go through my body and than my head started hurting really bad, this lasted for about an hour i took an asprin and the pain finally went away can anyone explain this head trama, i havnt seen or heard anything like this on the forum, only that pressure against the head thing like a sum is sitting on it, but this was pain so can someone tell me what happened? thanx [?]
