Can you please post again? I cant read your original post  because of its lack of puncuation, capatilization, and spelling.

Respectfully yours,

Shadowatcher.

Yes this lack of breathing is normal. While concentrating on your breathing can help you relax, once in trance it is best to ignore your breathing. Thinking about breathing will keep you in your physical body. Your astral body has no need for breathing so when there you will not.
Alice had got so much into the way of expecting nothing but out-of-the-way things to happen, that it seemed quite dull and stupid for life to go on in the common way.

When i do it i do the mind awake body asleep thing and it seems to give my body a trancy busy feeling, then i do the rope method and today i think i came closer than ever before, i felt like i was actually fully over my body and light was sort of encircling me slowly, and all my muscles were in constant contraction and as i was about to go i noticed my breathing was getting shorter almost to the point of not breathing at all and when i went for deeper breaths, it seemed like i went farther and farther away from finishing the obe, i know the muscle thing is normal and it doesnt bother me much but is the lack of breathing normal?
