File Library Presets

Hi everyone!  I just discovered your site last week and have been spending hours reading your posts...you are all such a wealth of information!  Thank you! I am very new to all this, and I recently began using Brainwave Generator, and downloaded the presets for brainsync from your library, with thanks. I am uncertain, however, in what particular order to listen to them over each week as recommended.  I did see a post with this question on a different forum, but no reply to it.  Perhaps this thread will work. Also, is there a description available for these presets? I've looked at the Monroe website but am getting confused with Wave series, Gateway series, etc.  What I am ultimately trying to achieve is a program similar to Holosync- expanded consciousness. Thanks for any insights!
