. when are you people going to learn that life is a never ending training regimen that we constantly improve, nomatter whats going on..and by the way we can't shoot out energy out more then a foot right now because of emphamy....or something like that.we would blow our insides out through our skin because of the heat needed to turn energy into matter..

Actually Roshi entropy would not be a problem unless the practitioner kept the energy inside his body while trying to generate the kiblast.  If the practitioner just moves the energy out of the body and away about six inches then the problem of heat would not be an issue.  If you want a better explanation then search for the thread, "Putting the energy attack problem to rest(Period)."  It will answer this fact, as well as, other issues.  Please take into account that all the statements of that thread are not of professionals but of intelligent individuals through deduction and educated quessing.  If you really think about it doesn't every great discovery come from these two ingredients... hmmmmm.... makes you think.
