Personaly, I don't really focus on anything...  I am just waiting for any visual, audio or body sensations and just observe it...

when i'm just sitting there looking at the blackness, i dont look at any one point, i try to look at the whole thing as one image. When  i get an image (once i got a collage and the trees were moving in the wind, and once i got a weird cartooney image, where a small rocket ship was flying into a pot on a table) and i look at it as the focal point instead of just letting it "be" there, i lose the image completely.

I don't focus on anyhting either. I try to allow my sight to never really be stable for my brain not to allow any processing of any images. I continually see through whatever is prsented. It is like my sight is going forward and the images are passing by. It's kind of like driving in a car. I guess you keep loking ahead (so to speak) and let everything unfold around you.

I focus on anything that is not my body. Doesnt matter what it is. The more details I feel from them, the more "out" I am.

Hi,

Here is my question.  What do you focus on to get out of body?  I'm not being so extremely vague.  More specifically, once you have relaxed your body, gone through all the muscles, mind awake, body asleep, lying there.  I don't know if this is before trance state or during etc.  But what do you find helpful to focus on, is there anything specific, a vision, an image, pure blankness.  I don't know, I'm always shifting from one exit method to another and none seem to work.  Anyone have the answer I seek?  Please let me know.  Thanks.

Be well,
J
