I've done telekinesis many times and healing a few times, but I cant see my energy. I just know where it is because I feel it (if its in my body or not). Energy can be very powerful but still invisible.

okay, so i am a total newbie to the entire scene and i need some help here. ultimately i would like to learn telekinesis and healing, and i think being able to see the energy i am trying to direct would help. however, i have no idea where to start. can anyone tell me any excerises or tips that i can use for auric vision?
