Problem in detaching

It happened to me too, several times...  I have no explanation but, personaly, I just force the separation.  I "twist" my body around like you would twist a branch to rip it off a tree...  Dunno if it is a good or bad idea; but it works for me, and I did not notice any bad side effect...  But maybe someone has a softer way to do it.

Rolling off your bed sideways helps. Not that you will actually be rolling off your bed but im sure you know what I mean.

I'm sure I read somewhere that if any part of your astral body becomes 'pinned' to the physical, it's because you haven't stimulated the relevant chakra enough.  Must be worth a try.

Robert Monroe also believed that this is a symptom of some kind of emotional worry, and that you should try to figure out what it is and address it.  Sadly, in typical Monroe fashion, he didn't go into enough detail. [|)]

I noticed that my detaching happens without strong sensations of vibrations, just a bit of vertigo and swinging in my face. As i notice
this phenomenon could also happens cause the big ammount of energy that we have in the head....

I read that too. I think it is because of chakras stimulation. Try working on raising the energy in you Crown Chakra. Hopefully that'll help you

First of all i just wanted to say Hi all.

May times, i feel me very relaxed and next i become very light
from my legs until my neck. At this point i can float with my body.
But i've problem i can be able to detach from my head....as if only
my head remains in the body!. Have you some hint/advice for this problem? []
