How to see magick

In the direkt artform of element magick there is supose to be ways to create spirits of the element essens and there are also supose to be spirits in trees and things and in psi you are supose to be able to creat psi balls and things like that and these things can be seen whitout any special help in some cases but this i have heard is rare, so my question is if you could se these things in some way by unsing astral/real time sight or something like that
