Psychic Attack

Hard to say...I didn't know anything about being psychically attacked for 2 years, I blamed myself, and helped my perps in the process. It isn't normal to blame something from the outside for things that appear to be personality problems. How did I know it wasn't my imagination? I got hints from things like having extreme paranoia that a rapist was lying in wait outside my house trying to get in, complete with mental images of what the rapist would do to me once inside...let me put it to you like this, my imagination is not that good or that graphic. It was awful.

I think the key is knowing yourself, understanding how you think and how you feel, what's yours and what isn't. If your third eye isn't blocked by something on the outside, you can look for attachments, or have someone with a free thrid eye help you.

Here's another hint (something that happened to me), if you smudge your house or apt with dried lavendar, and upon lighting the lavendar hear screaming you weren't expecting nor had any reason to expect, that's probably a good hint right there.

How does a person know if he/she is experiencing psychic attack? How does that person know it is not just their own imagination? How would you find help in such a situation? How could a person even convince others that they are under the influence of psychic attack?
