Kundalini?

i use a bit of kundalini, but i've not awakened it nor am i like uber good at using it.

it is not your ki, nor your aura. i cannot see it, but i can control it.

what is required to use it is understanding of what it is, the ability to percieve it (cause if a person can't find it, how could they possibly use it ^_^), and the ability to be able to learn how to move it.

kundalini is most often described as a coiled snake at the base/root chakra, and to use it has to do with chakras and meditation and uncoiling it SLOWLY over time (months, years. otherwise it would be far to easy to damage your body, spirit, mind and heart). it is a powerful form of energy and certainly not for the weak of spirit, nor the foolish who would take it up with the intention of showing how "they are great enough that they can master anything".

there are other resources out there which can give you TONS more info about it, and if you are more interested in it you will need those tons of information. kundalini is certainly not a simply thing that should be performed as a hobby or just for kicks. if one is going to try to harness kundalini they should probably devote their life to it until they've awakened it. kundalini is serious business, unlike chi and whatnot could be, for if you aren't careful with kundalini it can *easily* kick you in the butt hard enough to break stuff (not neccessarily physically, but if you value your sanity, treat kundalini with care and devotion).

Hi.
I am not sure that I know exactly what is kundalini.
Can someone in this forum who had experienced kundalini explain me exactly what is kundalini?
Is it connected to your ki? or to your aura? can you see it or control it? what is required for using it?
