I Guess this thread will be my Progress Journal.

Last night as I lay waiting for sleep I watched my breath and with each exhale said "dream" in my head.  It must have worked because this morning for the first time in my life (I think) I deliberately awoke from a dream.  I awoke very concentrated and intent on remembering my dreams and succeeded to recall and record 3 into my journal (mostly sexual).  I couldn't get back to sleep and now I'm exhausted, but this signifies a big step towards lucidity, and perhaps astral projection?

Hello, everyone!  I serendipitously (sp?) stumbled upon this site in my newfound exploration of all things lucid.  I've always remembered the flying dream of my childhood with fondness, and only now wish to recapture that of utter sense of vivacity!  With any help I'll be lucid in no time.  I'm very greatfull for this resource.[:)]
