weird occurance....OBE?

Alright so something really weird happened to me today, and I'm not sure if it was an OBE but i'm guessing someone else could verify it for me.  I was in my audio art course, and the project we were presenting for critique is based on being in a certain space.  My friend Will played his piece, and it was like being on this large terrain, in a desert maybe, headed for some sort of destination (think Lord of the Rings)....so I closed my eyes and got really deep trance-wise, and I could feel myself all moving around inside my head and even maybe rising up a little bit
so the piece went on, and i was gone....this really deep, meditative piece ended with a *BUZZ* and i essentially jumped out of my chair in some sort of weird reaction spasm thing

so what i'm thinking is, did i have an OBE that i didn't remember, and then the loud buzz caused me to snap back into my body?  i was feeling pretty woozy after the occurance, and actually still am a little bit - kinda like my inner body isn't settled, and it's making me a little nauseous....

opinions?
