i dont know too much about ki cause i mostly studied psy stuff.. they are probably closely related tho.. but i know uve probably heard this before but just keep practicing.. u sound like uve gotten pretty far anyways--over time u'll get better and be able to do more.

That's not very long. Practice ki every day for at least 5 years and then feel free to feel bad about lack of progress. It takes TIME!

Psy and Ki are the same thing except their way of usage!
And Lightpikachu, what you have done is alright even it's since July.
I know ppl that couldn't even make a ki ball after a few months of training.
Just practice!
