bounsing off walls

a reletive of mine told me that she went to bed mad and woke up in an obe but she was not in controll. she started bounsing off the walles going through room to room. she said it was as clear as day. she said she felt her self riseing out of her body and every thing. does any one know what was happing to her because i have no idea?
