Strange feeling in my stomach.

I'm no AP expert but when the chakra under my naval is vibrating it feels like a stone is moving around in there (just under the naval). If it was closer to my actual stomach, I'd think of it kind of like gas, but yeah, a hard stone seems about right.

yeah i get that a lot too-- i wasnt sure what it was either 0_0 it most likely is the chakra moving though

Actually I am posting this post for my friend who has this wierd sensation.
He says that while trying to have an OBE he always feels like a hard stone in his stomach that moves to another location every few seconds.

I told him that they might be his chakras that are functioning really fast and that he feels each chakra at her turn.

We aren't sure ehat it is, I didn't have this sensation yet.

Any suggesions?
