My energy is screwed up, help please!!!

I think you are just suffering the side effects of overstimulating the chakras.  The symptoms will go away I'm sure, if you leave them alone ie dont focus any awareness on them, dont keep worrying about it.  Let everything get back into balance by itself.  

It would be a good idea for you to work on your energy body in a systematic way, download the NEW Tutorial from this site, but first let everything just calm down.

Not good to use drugs as you have no control over the experience.

Ps.  I also used to smoke a lot of dope when I was younger.  I now cannot touch the stuff without getting hysterically paranoid.  I thought it was because your body gets used to the stuff.  Dont know the answer.

yeah, you are probaly right, but I hope you can understand where I'm coming from lol, when it first happended I was like what did I do to myself. I'm not really all the scared anymore but I talked to some psychics on aol and they said I would be able to see spirits and all this stuff and I dont really want to see any spirits on the pyscial plane. The NEW system is an effective way to develop your energy. I am not sure what to think about what you have been told. It has been necessary for me to start over from the beginning a few times, and I can suggest that starting over with a different approach can make a big difference. NEW is an excellent program for training yourself with energy. If you would like to combine it with another approach, usui reiki and kundalini reiki can be helpful because they are systems which allow energy to be shared effortlessly. You can arrange to be given some extra energy to work with, and this can be helpful especially in the beginning.

i ahvent smoked that much, but i do remember the times i have that if felt like meditaton was just calling me. i do remember how paranoid it can make you though. especially doing something new like raising energy and working on your third eye. marijuana is used on a regualr basis by various poeple to aid in meditation. if you insist on using it, maybe meditating  and raising energy w/out  for a while would be a better start. until you were completely comfortable w/ everything.

Hello forum I need some help with this, I only projected twice before and I did it by accident through sleep paralys. I then started to research sleep paralys on the net and found OBE websites and I was like im going to try that. I tried for 3 weeks and coudent do it, so then one day I bought a bag of marijuana and tried, when i was high I kept pulling my energy through my body then then layed down and closed my eyes and started focusing on my 3rd eye. then when i got the vibes i tried to imagine my astral self above me and then my head and heart chakra started going BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM, and kept doing it then i though i felt my astral hands pulling up and then got paranoid and opended my eyes and then smoked a ciggerette.. But ever since then weed makes me really paranoid and I also see multiple shadows of everything, if im walking down the street at night i see 4 shadows of myself and if im in the house I see like 3. I also see them on other people too, If I look in the mirror I also see a 2 layers doubles of my body coming out about a 1/4 inch away from my body, there kinda light pinkish clear, i only see them if i look really close. I have talked to a few people on the net about it and a few said they were my guides, then someone else said my energy wasent aligned.. will someone please help me ??
