Bwgen is great for those who know how to use it, I use it for meditation but I also have this wave file for OOBEing and it works nearly once every three times which is good enough for me.

Hi All,
I have been listening to a very good meditation/relaxation CD for a while now and thought that you may be interested in it.

The CD isn't sold as an aid to Astral Projection but more as something to help achieve a relaxed or meditative state,

The CD is called Brain Wave Synchronization by a guy called Phil Reeve, you can buy the CD from this website: http://www.earthvibemusic.com/cd/brainwave.html

The CD contains 3 tracks, Alpha waves, Theta waves & Delta waves and each track lasts approximately 25 minutes.

The tracks are a mixture of sounds from nature, Crystal bowls, etc overlaid with what sounds like white noise or a waterfall, there are no voices, singing or commentary with this CD something that I personally find less distracting and makes relaxing easier.

With this CD I really noticed the effect of the Brain Wave Synchronization, after listening to one of the tracks for a couple of minutes a strange effect starts to take place.
Out of the white noise another sound starts to surface, the sound is like a helicopter rotor or a chugging sound, apparently the brain creates this sound as a result of frequencies imbedded in the waterfall like sound.

I have experimented with BWGen but never heard the rotor like sound that I hear with the above CD, has anybody heard this effect using a preset with BWGen? I'd be very interested to know.

I have tried listening to the CD without earphones and can't hear the rotor sound so it appears to really work! All three tracks are very relaxing and it's not as expensive as some of the other AP or Binaural beat CD's on sale, I really recommend this one.

Cheers
