Joshua, I could describe my situation the same way.

You can find some techniques given here: http://www.astralsociety.com/articles/index.php?board=1.0

Whenever you make some progress, do the rest of us 'wanna-be's' a favour and report back! [:D]

There exists many books that describe projection techniques, and I'd recommend reading all of them. The books are good for learning and they also get you thinking about the subject matter. It is all beneficial.

Online materials are available too, such as eBooks and so forth. Take a look at our File Library, and use our Search engine. You may want to read books by such authors as Robert Bruce, Sylvan Muldoon & Hereward Carrington, Robert Monroe, Robert Peterson, William Buhlman, Scott Rogo, and Bruce Moen for starters. The materials will provide many helpful examples and advice.
