Chakra meditation should be done everyday. You probably saw the different,at the moment, when you stoped working with chakras. This is the same thing with car.If your car,is standing at the same spot for like 2 weeks, and after this period, you decide to drive, you will notice, that car will start, not as good,as 2 weeks ago,or it will not start at all.You will need jumping cables,to charge the battery. The same thing is with chakras. But here, you dont use jumping cables, you use your own energy.More, you work with your chakras, more they will be balanced.

So what would you suggest I do?Just continue to do new every day even after being able to AP at will? And what could all happen if I kept going off and on?
Sorry for all the questions but I relly would appreciate it^_^

Hi there Yoko,

1st of all a big welcome to the forum

I appreciate there is a whole lot here to take in. If you have just started with NEW it is really no worth worrying too much about expecting mammoth results straight away.

Personally I have been working with it off and on for several years – taking some really big breaks from my practice at times.

With respect to robertk4you's post – we can't all be so dedicated and obviously he has his own opinion. My feeling is that each of us works according to our own needs. So there is no reason to feel guilty about not practicing as regularly and with the same level of dedication as other people. You know the expression 'Rome was not built in a day'

So don't you feel that long term practice, study and reflection will derive in far big bigger gains than a 'get it quick' attitude. You will have to trust me on that one ok!

By the way your chakras will not get worse if not worked on. All that is happens is that as you leave energy work to one side – your heightened sense of sensitivity calms down, which is really very normal.

I am not sure what you mean by counteracting the feelings after practice, but suspect that you had lots of energy rush sensations or similar. But in a way you have given your own answer when you stop practicing for periods etc.

Just remember that you do what suits your needs and how you feel about time given to practice. Just remember any work done will always stand one in good stead.

So very well done for making such an effort – it can only get better.

Hope that answers your questions a little bit anyway.

Kind wishes,

Stephen [:)]

Like EOL007, I've been doing forms of chakra meditation for years on and off. Sometimes I'd loose my way and go for many months without meditating.

What I've found though, is once you've learned a technique that you have become comfortable with and have practiced with some kind of regularity, even if you stop for a while, your body remembers and it doesn't take nearly as long to get back up to speed again.

Regards,
James.

I have a question...I have not been faithfull to my energy body develoupment...I have gone off and on taking breaks as long as half a month befor I restart..Is it possible for your chakras to begin to get worse in time that they are not worked on? I have just tried NEW and had no feelings while a few weeks back when I tried I had tremendously large amounts of feelings...Is there a fast easy way to counter act this?
