my very good experience

I have read a few books on AP but really like WB books. He talks about recognizing the vibrational state and how you can enhance it.
Well anyway I made up an affirmation in regards to the vibrations. A week or so went by and I had an OBE. What happened is that I woke up in the middle of the night but remained perfectly still. I then did as the book instructed and began searching my body for any tingling feelings, starting with the back of my neck and then my spine. Man I'm tellin' ya!. I got the vibrations alright, starting with a tingly feeling in my back (about the center of spine)and then getting stronger when I honed in on the feeling. Before long I had waves of vibrations coursing through my body with an electric like humm accompanying them. When I floated up and out I went through the ceiling (going through water-don't ask me why [:)])and ended up in a lucid dream! So I exited the LD and began the process all over again with the vibes coming rather quickly this time for some reason. But again I ended up in a LD when I floated up. This happened one more time but I broke the chain of events by moving my physical body by accident. However the next day I tryed something different when I got the vibes. Instead of floating up I just sat up in bed and stood up. It felt as if I was standing up in the physical. The lighting was a little different(was night), but I could see very well and saw that I was in my bedroom. Everything looked exactly the same. I was amazed. I walked over to my bedroom door and reached out to touch it. My hand went right through it. This also amazed me. I walked out into the hallway and walked over to my brothers bedroom and paused outside his door(which was closed). My brother usually plays his violin in his bedroom and when I for some reason had that brief thought a violin began playing just as clear as a bell from out of nowwhere. I knew my brother was not home this night and that my mind was creating this and the playing abruptly stopped. I then knew I had to watch my thinking because you apparently can create what your mind is briefly thinking at times. I then walked through his bedroom door into his bedroom. I looked around his room and checked out some of the objects in it. On closer observation they seemed like holographic images. I found that a little weird(is that normal?)I then faced his bedroom window and I quess I lost my concentration because my movement became very stiff and could not be corrected by saying 'clarity now', so I ended up back in my body with this weird tingling that gradually subsided. I was very happy that I had this experience and knew I would always sit up and stand up from here on out. Try this instead of floating up and out. You might find it a lot more grounding than floating up and out. I hope my story did not bore you too much [:)]. Take care all.
