In my opinion, it has a lot to do with believing that you can project.  And thinking about it all the time, until it becomes part of your subconscious, part of you.

is there a certain type of person that's more likely to astral project? i know they say everyone projects, just not everyone remembers it...but do you think there's something about a person that makes them remember? are these people usually more aware of life/their enviroment in general? more sensitive than most? what do you think?
