Don't know if this helps but I got a similar issue...

I lay down and the vibrations / buzzing / energy starts.
It gets higher / stronger and keeps going.
I can tell I am in a deep realxation.
Then for no seemly no reason it "snapps" / stops and I practicaly sit strait up in bed wide awake.

Makes for a LONG day at work if I can't get back to sleep.

i have taken another step, i got past the step i previously mentioned. the vertigo dizzy feeling moved into my head and my heart chakara opened and sarted beating rapidly!!
No consious exit but im getting closer![]

hi this is a qestion to any projecters out there,when i do the rope tech i get build up around my the side of my heart. this "build up" feels like energy building up after about a minute or two of pulling i find it hard to keep my breathing from going ragged. the feeling that does this is hard to explain all i can describe it as is energy that builds and makes a fluttering sensation. however whenever i get it to build alot the ragged breathing comes in i then notice it for a second or two stop climbing i try to start agian but after about 30 seconds all the energy sensations fade.
i know that if i could keep the climbing action going without being distracted i could get the energy feeling to build untill it "Snaps"
At which point the vibrations would kick in and i would seperate.
its hard to explain what  i mean by snaps but its as if the tension in the energy build up gets too great and then has to give in. I know this will happen because ive done it before.
what i need is is a method to stop the breathing becoming ragged and distracting me if any one has any suggestions i would greatly appreciate[] or is it one of those things that trial and error will over come by me trying and trying again.... bye[]
