Hello all,

I made a discovery today that I am sure everyone else already knows about..

THE WORKBOOK!!!

I downloaded it and am starting fresh on it in the morning as day 1.  I am going to use my pocket diary as dream journal and I am thrilled by this..

I also am going to read the book about energy raising also..  I have also decided since reading some of my new AD book that Mr Bruce knows what he is talking about...  It is like an applied science class... And I have always loved school.  This is the best book that I have on this subject..
