Moving Energy

Hi

I know almost nothing about energy, mainly assumptions, and I assume you can move it. I have a very large amount of energy around my third eye area and it often activates and expands greatly, resulting later in extreme headaches. Is there a way I can move this energy to my heart, sacral or root chakra? It seems that this would be the most logical thing to do; intuitively I attempted visualization to move the energy down but had no such luck. Any help is much appreciated.

NEW completely confuses me. For a guide that claims to be simple it is very difficult to understand. Although the fault it on my part to an extent.

However I just want to know how energy is moved. Is it done through visualization?
