anyone been stalked astrally?

I am being stalked astrally for a year now.being drained in my sleep and awake.more than one stalker.does anyone have a suggestion about self defense? i am constantly repairing my energy body and trying to hear my own voice,but they are riding me without a break, so it difficult to do anything and tiring to constantly be in defensive battle.

I had something like this when I was younger. I eventually figured out that my mind was the thing creating it, and confronted the creature. It said that I was right, and that it was there to stop me doing things I wasn't ready to do. It promised that it would go away when I was older. It has.


Try picking up a handful of coins/marbles/anything, then asking it how many you are holding. It won't know, because you don't either. That makes things like this go away.


Either that or go to a church or somewhere and ask God to help you.

Yeah it could also be a psychic vampire. Creating with the mind is not the answer to everything.

I'd check out some of the past posts in the archive, I'm sure I've read a few stories like yours in some past posts.

I'd also look up some books on psychic vampires. Your energy is usually leeched from you during sleep because that is when our defenses are down. I'd definitely try a lot of hematite, maybe sleeping with some of it in your slippers or socks. Stuff like hematite and bloodstone is real grounding and makes it more difficult for them to take your energy.

I'd also try posting in the "Ask Robert Bruce a question" and see what he thinks about your experiences.

  I would suggest a sleep pillow with comfrey, angelica, mint, and lavender. You only need to make a small pillow that will fit in the pillowcase of the one you use to sleep upon.
  I would then say a pray each night for protection from the angels and that the herbs go with you if you astral travel. That they will use the energies of good to help you and keep you safe.

You should wash your room and vacum any carpets: If you have any wall to wall carpets I recomend vacuming them every day.
And for clearing the astral space around you I recomend spining the energy around.
If you have trouble spinning energy around I recomend imagining a whirlwind around you.

It´s nesesary to cleans the astral energy in the room before one goes to bed. And imagining a whirl wind around you  is not that complicated: Energy follow the visualisation  of the whirl wind. It also clear lower vibrations and energys wich makes it ideal to use before sleep as protection it´s more efective than the LBRP and it also serves as an empowerment to people under atack wich a good pillow is an a pasive counter measure that only makes the person feel more help less.
I am constantliy under atack and buying a good pilow and sprinkle some lavender is not anything that would help and it would also tear me down because I would not use somthing that actually helps.

As for stalking in general... does everyone here think they're getting stalked by real people, or entities of some kind? If you think about it... most real people who attain enough mastery to astrally project will hopefully be balanced enough not to need to stalk you... and if they are it's probably just to have fun with their powers. If stalking progresses to abuse (astrally or in real life by divulging observed secrets or exploiting observed weaknesses) then you can start worrying.

  A prayed over sleep pillow is not ineffective. If you have not tried one then you do not know how it works. I do not provide ineffective methods but simple methods there is a difference.
  Most people who astral project do it without problems without cleansing the energy. It is because they know what vibrations, pitch and notes they want to travel too astrally. The patterns also mean a lot in the different levels. It is the musical melodies of the different levels that show others instead of patterns. It depends upon how you perceive the energies.
  The people who get attacked are drawn out by others or involuntarily by certain energies. This happens because of not knowing the ropes. Anyone who astral projects should read the articles on this website.
  A whirlwind just pulls out the energies that cause you to connect to the wrong things on the astral. It does not clean the astral energies themselves.

  I am not talking about a thick pillow which would harm the neck. A prayer does summon energies and higher beings when done correctly. You still cleanse and remove the access points with the whirlwind. It removes the connections.
  I guess we will have to agree to disagree on this. I have helped many people over the years who did not have problems afterwards. I have tested everything and they are effective. The people with problems can try things and see which one they prefer.

Yea Ive been stalked in that sense before as a kid. Basically I did my best to ignore it and the nightmares. Eventually they got to the point where they truly interfered with my life.

Being terrified day in and day out is never pleasent for a devolping kid. Instead of facing it I decided to to do the only thing I could....hide.

I got so damn good at masking my psionic traces that no-one. ABSOLUTLY no one could figure out who, what, and where I was. Those bastards would come looking for me and would give up.

This came at a very good advantage later in life, cuz I could "ghost" or basically disappear if I wanted to. Its more a mental suggestion of aversion. It made moments pretty handy if I didnt want to stick out.

Plus I later could start mimicing people and use other people's psionic abilities to a lesser degree. <tested it with several people, and it does work>

But, overall you should try to impromtu a way to fend them off or ignore them.

overall the living have FAR more control here, they are simply the visiters and have no real power here, *unless you give it to them*.

  People who astral project do not seem to be attacked more than anyone else. People stalking you on the astral seem to be the people you know upon the physical plane a lot of times. Robert Bruce gives a lot of different information upon this website on different things you can do.
  I know I always change locations and go to the higher energies. I have visited with a lot of people on the astral. I believe the stalking or agitating a person starts in because someone who astral projects feels powerful and that they can intimidate others. This is about the same thing as going to school and having the school bully work on you.
  You can use passive methods and just change to higher vibrations or different locations. You can defend yourself in different ways. All of these are different depending upon the person.   You can also stand up to bullies, banish them and tell them they have no power over you. It depends on what you want to do. I do know that most people do not astral project and look for victims to harass there is always a reason and most of the time they know you in real life.
  Past life memories can also cause feelings which might be interpreted as astral energies by the inexperienced. They are normally present for the persons entire life.The person will always have experienced memories that seem real and that is where it can cause confusion.

these people have been living off of me for a long time.they just constantly try to influence my impulses,basicly making my life hell and getting in my thoughts thru intimidation.it is a daily struggle to assert my sovereignity.since they are in past my defenses,it is very difficult to develope boundaries.
      they inhabit me in realtime when i'm hanging out, and mostly feed off of my spine when i am deep asleep. i think it is a combination of earth people and people from other places.the are very on top of me and consistantly sabotoge my efforts to gain strength in my life.
      they have created so many problems for me it is hard to know where to start in getting rid of them.but i am learning tricks to sabotoge their efforts.it is very obvious that a spirit incarnated into a particular body has way advantage when it comes to psychic ownership over the space that body inhabits, else i'd be dead by now.
      ive noticed that any form of self indulgence does create a psychic window for someone else to gain some influence over me.the two main ways that a person can be psychicly influenced is impulse manipulation and mental intimidation.so i'll try to develope more and more discipline.
it is giving me a chance to learn who i am because they try to mimic my sound, so i'll have to really know my own sound, so i can hold on to it.there are sounds every individual has that cant be imitated even if all your stuff gets borrowed.
