Naturally active base chakra

Hello yall,
 I noticed about a year ago that my base chakra is pretty active naturally.  Randomly throughout the day it will start tingling, lasting for a couple minutes or more.  Then an hour or so later it'll happen again.  However, if I'm doing NEW or meditation, it'll definitly activate and usually be stronger.  I was just curious what implications this had, and does this have any relation to Kundalini?

A lot of people have naturally active or inactive chakras before they begin their work, depending upon the type of person they are.

I, for example, having done no chakra work, can assume that I likely have a very blocked sacral and solar plexus chakra, a comparatively active throat and brow chakra, and more so recently, a very large heart chakra. Even so, the higher chakras will suffer from the blocks in the lowers. They lose energy... or some kind of excrement like that.

 I was more interested in what natural abilities/energy body manifestations this would imply.  Such as a naturally active brow chakra:  natural ability at remote viewing, astral sight, etc.  If there are any for the base chakra, what would they be?
  Also, I've been doing some reading on Kundalini; and Robert Bruce says that the base chakra is in close connection to Kundalini.  If anything, what would a naturally active base chakra have to do with Kundalini?

Its a Good Thing to have a naturally active base chakra.

Many people who open their higher chakras often complain of headaches and a heavy feeling in their heads.  Well, the cure for that is to send the Energy down to the Base Chakra.  Often they would if the could but they can't -- they experience a disconnect when it comes to energizing that base chakra.  But you will never have that problem.  You are very well grounded.
