Yes, I must agree. This thing blew my mind.

The accent greatly reminds me of a Russian one... or Russianish.

I do hope the slight innuendo offended no one. It's rather a minor point of the video, more so the alien use of techno-popping and flashing lights, and the premise of the song's lyrics are what attracted me the most, and caused me to post this here to further entertain the people here on the boards.
