Hypnosis not in native language

Can i be hipnotized for example in english, if my native language isnt english, but i understand every word in hypnosis?
Is there any way to hypnotize myself to do OBE, so i truly belive its possible and so on?

And is it  important in binaural(?or how they are called?) rythms to preserve channel positions(L/R-left headphone in left ear right in right)
