problem at relaxation

hi,

I am a newbie.  I started the relaxation phase just a week before.  When I am doing this, I felt heavy pressure on my body something pressing all the sides and trying to crushing me.  Am I doing the relaxation in the wrong way.  Pls somebody help.

Though I am from India, where yoga is predominantly used for meditation, I find robert bruce's techniques much more easier.

I was about to give up the meditation when I felt that uneasy feeling.  Ok. now i have learned it is the usual thing happening while doing relaxation.

I am doing relaxation by reading bruce's online manuals.  The books of him are not avaialable in my town.  I am just doing whatever I read online.

My mission is to see my mom in the another world, who died  eight years ago. In India, like many other countries, most of us believe that there is a life after life.

You just have to be absorbed in the feeling of pressure and, in general, in every sensation you could focus on. This will intensify your trance.
