Does anyone here have a powerball?
If not, you should really get one! First of all it is fun to do  
Secondly it works against RSI
Thirdly it can be used to create forearm muscle
But to me, the best part is that its mechanism works just as the increasing of chi and the movement of it.

A powerball is a ball the size of a tennisball, with another ball inside of that ball wich has tiny waits atached to it. By make a circular motion with you wrist, the small ball starts rotating within to bigger ball. And because of the waits and because the gravitational force something that moves has, the weight of the powerball can differ from 400 grams to 18 kilos! Depending on it's speed.

For those who have one, can you imagin you dantien as a powerball? Don't imagin a picture in your stomache but feel the sensation of the powerball on the place of the dantien and feel its wait increase as you focus more on the speed of the movement.

I really recommend it even if you don't know how to find a connection with chi

Forgive me my playfulness.  

I used to get a powerball quite regularly - on pinball machines.  I was a bit of a pinball wizard in my youth, as it happens...

They were amazing things - had a life of their own - and very difficult to control.
