Randi's challenge hmmm. That guys knows for certain these things do exist, he is just someone dragged out every so often to try and disprove them (=whore). He has been around Uri Geller when he was doing things the "amazing" randi would find quite impossible. His challenge - yes, they make the rules, have exclusive access to all the records of it, footage etc etc it goes on and on. It is also more than likely he has set up barriers and shields to prevent people from being able to use their abilities, and gain the prize. Basically it is near impossible to succeed!
Btw there is also an opposing challenge to all the skeptics to disprove the evidence they have that psychic etc stuff is real. nobody has claimed that money yet either.

it's nearly impossible to prove a negative (ie. prove that something doesn't exist or can't happen), and with the biases and thick-headedness of "scientists" these days it is near impossible to convince them of anything they don't already believe.

Fredhedd, James Randi is a fraud. I read that you could win more than once, and he pays expenses! I was thinking there was a lot of things I could do and a lot of millions to be made.

I wanted to start out simple. A dowser's L-rod made of t h i c k wire, bent at a right angle, was to be placed in a metal pipe welded to a big, metal billet. If the wire rotated furiously, there would be absolutely no way it could have been the result of unconscious muscular movement. Otherwise, I would be more that happy to demonstrate these things under his conditions, at his leisure. I was answered with a fuming anger. In no uncertain way did he let me know he detested me. Furhtermore, I was told that he would not bother with arrangements. I wonder, will he hear of this posting and ask for incontrovertable proof of what he said?

Basically, Randi insults you and doesn't do anything. Betting I'm not the first, there's no doubt in my mind why he hasn't found anyone, yet.

Randi, any real psychic would be cash cow for your "organization," you jackass.

Even though my motivation for the money was not greed, his behaviour was, in a way, my own fault for following it to the end. I knew immediately that  I was going to disprove his credibility somehow, and was politely playing, more or less. I wish this challenge was more gratifying...

alright a few of you guys on this forum claim that you have been successful at tk.  after all i've been shown already i m still skeptical about this ability.  i have been practicing a few weeks w/ the intention and belief that i can do it.  these intentions and beliefs have been wholehearted and if it's possible to do this i will be able to.   when im   practicing it i put aside all disbelief.  

i believe there was alredy something written in another post about that randi challenge or something like that .  i'm wondering why some of you that say you can do this fairly well don't take up the challenge.  i definetly recall reading some posts where people have said that they are doing this all day.  it would make a lot of sense if this challenge were met.  there seems to be some respect and a lot of money to gain.
