The Wave cd's are often mentioned in relation to OBE's, but can they also be used to achieve lucid dreams? (if you don't see them as the same thing)

I don't know whether the Wave CDs can be used for lucid dreaming or not.

However, if you want to "learn" to lucid dream, then my advice would be to start a dream journal.  Write every dream you can remember in it.  Seriously.  No matter how insignificent.

As an example.  I had a dream the other night.  Bear in mind I have a LOT of dreams that I remember.

This dream was very short and entailed me looking out of my bedroom window at the earth.  The earth came towards me and by the time it got to my room, it became a bouncy ball.

That was it.  The end of the dream.  I didn't write it up, because I had loads of dreams that night and it didn't seem important.

(AAAARrrrrgggghh).

A few days later, it dawned on me that the dream was telling me that this world was a plaything, something to have fun with, and was man-made.

Just my experience anyway.

A second thing I've thought of is to ask yourself whether you are dreaming every half an hour or so throughout the day.  Again, really ask yourself how you know you aren't dreaming.  After some time, you will begin to ask yourself during your dreams.  And if you do the usual checks, you will realise that you ARE dreaming.

Hope this makes sense.  :)

We all find nonsenses to believe in; it's part of being alive.

I've found that heavy wave CD use did aid lucid dreaming. By heavy I mean once or twice a day, every day. I think this was more a side effect of being in a controlled trance state for long periods each day.
