Ok i think I'm going to have to explain this in THIS post as well, i can't really do this by reading a book.  I've been reading this and AD.  Along with several other books and links.  I CAN'T DO IT.  I had one sporadic projection the first day i tried it.  Never again.  So... I'm going to this place, where in person, they tell you what to do and what not to do.  Correct you along the way and guide you in the correct direction.

It isn't just that it is difficult to understand from reading about it. The problem is that it is hard to get enough energy to get results when just starting out. Even from the first practice session, though, it is working on removing the things which are getting in the way. Why not just give it a few more months while you are thinking about paying for this course?
