It is going to continue to blow your mind. Karnautrahl wants to go through it also. That is, if you are willing to cause the kundalini in you to activate the kundalini in Karnautrahl.

imogen

yes i told you before i would but then again it depends how bad i feel in the morning  cos kundalini ain't nice  really you have to think about this take it from me when you lose control like i did it's out of my control it's not a nice experience it drives you round the bloody twist i've read the warnings and still went ahead and now i think maybe i wa stupid so make sure your ready and you'd better know what your doing OR ELSE YOUR ON YOU OWN OK

Is it like having your own personal theme song?

I've read this thread twice and I keep thinking of The Family Guy episode where Peter Griffin is granted a wish from a genie for a personal theme song.   :D

Imogen, and others. I have worked with the energy body since I was too young to have words for it. Whilst of course I'm no master of anything :-), I do know I've gotten familiar with using it to the point where I wish to go further.  I have worked with a hard, hot powerful energy in the base of the spine a number of times in my life including one unwise period where basically I relied on it the way others rely on speed (amphetamines) or similar. I stopped simply due to one major thing, I was living off renatadine's because of it. It caused too much indigestion. I was "pulling" too hard from the solar plexus bundi and also I hadn't intelligently developed the energy body sufficiently, not in a solid systematic way.
I do intend to find a kundalini yoga practitioner or school soon-if such is available to me. Meantime I'm so used to working on myself that I would like to start and add this to my training.  It isn't about "powers" or tripping, I'm driven to work to as high a level as I can for myself as well as enhancing the healing work I wish to do.
May your [insert choice of deity/higher power etc here] guide you and not deceive you!

Hello Imogen,

I have been following your threads for the last couple of weeks, both on the Astral Pulse and also on kundalini-support forums.

Your situation has at times seemed very desperate, and I have to say that some of the responses have seemed quite indifferent / insensitive to this, in that they are often glib / flippant ... like your experience is simply an amusing diversion for some people.

I was also most disturbed to see that a Moderator closed one of your threads, when it is clear that they are a lifeline for you at the moment.
Whilst much of what you say may seem rambling and incoherent, there is nothing offensive about it ... so I think that Moderator was unfair to you, and acted in an impulsive and impatient manner.

Anyway, are you still hearing music ...?
If so, what form does it take ...?
I think you mentioned pop songs somewhere ... what songs are you hearing ...?
Do you physically hear it in your ears, or is it on "high-rotate" (as DJs say)  in your mind ...?

The reason I ask is that there may be important information / messages from your subconscious embedded in the "music selection" as it were.
It may be your subconscious attempting to get your attention about something you need to deal with.
If you can discern what these messages are, they may help you progress through this situation you're dealing with, by responding to them.

For example, like most people, quite often a song will pop into my head and I'll be humming it to myself all day.
Quite often, I don't even like the song ... for instance, a few days ago I had a Glenn Campbell song in my head, and I don't even like Glenn Campbell's music!
But the lyric that kept repeating in my head was actually relevent to something going on in my life, something I needed to address.
Once I acknowledge that, the tune goes away.
At least until another one comes along ...!

I hope this helps, and I hope too that things improve for you in the very near future.

Best Wishes,
Larry

sorry neosaturn, i'm not trying to be cheeky but normally nutters like meunderstand strange messages but i really haven't got a cluethis time

imogen

hi darlick

first of all i could hear ronan keatan i don't suppose you will have heard of him anyway the song was life is a rollercoaster oh man it drove me nuts it went on for about 2 days then about a week later after my drinking bender well i think it was i can't remember i could hear a woman singing thats when i worked out it was coming from the throat chakra and then my crown chakra became very active and i could hear music in my head every so often it would change to birds tweeting or that bloody woman sining she really gets on my nerves ormonks singing but all the time it's the same tune over and over again

one_billion_daleks

haha yes, if I was a Doctor Who fan I would definitely be a sad git.
But hey, I am a daleks fan.
There is a big difference you know!  :D

Yep, I've heard of Ronan Keating though I'm not familiar with the song.
But that needn't be a problem, there are plenty of websites on the Internet that have the lyrics to popular songs, so you can look them up.
Is there a particular part of the song that keeps repeating ...?

And how about the woman singing ... did you recognise the song ...?
What was she saying / singing ...?

Do the monks sing the same song as the woman ...?

PS: Gee, you're up late ... it's like, nearly 3:00am in the UK!
PPS: I responded to your post before you edited it, so the first bit of my post don't make sense now. Oh well, never mind eh.

imogen

i know it's 2:50 am but i don't really care cos i have no business left and the main lyrics of the pop song was life is a rollercoaster and the other music was like a mantra it want on and on it's really annoying

imogen

so your a darlik fan your a bit like me cousin he collects star wars toys there worht quite a bit now i think the only thing he hasn't got is a blue snaggle tooth so if you know where to get one let me know but i tell you whats really bad i bought a chinese takeaway tonight and it's right next to me laptop and it bloody stinks but it came in handy for an ash tray i think i'll just put the plate in the bin and by the way i'm really suprised you've heard of ronan keatan

imogen

by the way have you raised kundalini?

one_billion_daleks

Yes, I read earlier on that you had lost your business ...
My sister (who lives in the UK) just lost her knitwear business ... ho-hum, that was an utterly useless piece of information wasn't it :)
Still, at least you won't have to get up and go to work in the morning!

Anyway, back to the plot ...

As far as Ronan is concerned, if all you're hearing repeated is "life is a rollercoaster" then that's pretty much just informational really isn't it.

I would guess that you have already acknowledged that life is a rollercoaster, given the circumstances.

If you've acknowledged that, then hopefully that particular tune should've gone away ...

Has that happened at all ...?

one_billion_daleks

Yep, one day I will build myself a lifesize dalek and stick it on the front lawn, to frighten the neighbours.
(Well, we all have our little dreams don't we ...)
I will certainly keep an eye out for a snaggle tooth, I'm sure there are heaps of them lying around somewhere, if you know what to look for!

Actually, squelching ciggies into chinese takeaways is a hobby of mine as well.
It's important to have an interest in life I think.

I've got a sorta feeling that Ronan Keating comes from New Zealand (where I live).
I could be wrong, I'm not saying I'm right, I'm not saying that at all.

As far as my k is concerned, it's a long story ... sufficient to say I am of the Slowburn Gradualist School of K.
I have talked about it on some of my threads here, and at kundalini-support.
... the cautious approach in other words.

So anyway, do you still hear the Ronan Keating song ...?

imogen

oh god my life gets even madder i'm going on a date tomorrow and the guy just rang me at 3:10 am he works late thats why he's still up but how the hell he knew i'd be up at this time is beyond me

imogen

your wrong darlik freak man he comes from ireland he used to be in one of those crappy boy bands but he got a bit better when he went solo

imogen

by the way waht time is it over there

one_billion_daleks

Well, I hope your date isn't too early in the day otherwise you will both be knackered!
I expect the guy planned to leave a message on your answer machine, and didn't expect to find you up and about, so that may be why he rang so late.

Anyway, do you still hear "life is a rollercoaster", or has it gone away ...?
(yeah, I know, I know ... I'm a persistent bugger with this question) :D

imogen

i like you you make laugh

one_billion_daleks

So Ronan's from Ireland ... well that's not that far from NZ haha.

And the time here is 13 hours ahead of you ... 4:30 in the afternoon.
I'm gonna head off to the shops at 5:00 and buy some ciggies ... then come back online tonight at 11:00pm.

Hey, I've thought of a brand new question to ask ...
Hooray!
Here goes ...
Do you still hear "life is a rollercoaster" ...?

We could get the answer by playing hangman if you like ...

oh man i've just put another fag out in me takeaway so now i have a combined smell of salt and pepper chicken and fag ash but worse still i found a cd watershipdown it's the soundtrack from a film about rabbit's that die it's so depressing but i bet you wouldn't complain about me union jack you seem to understand me quite well

imogen

no praise the lord i don't hear it anymore

one_billion_daleks

Well I am from Great Yarmouth, so I'm hardly likely to complain about the Union Jack am I ...

I remember that soundtrack ... it had that song "Bright Eyes" on it by Art Garfunkel.

Anyway, how are we coming along with the answer to that question then ...?
