Good night and greetings from Norway!

I got this mp3 player wich i can record voice on.

Lets say i record myself saying "I am dreaming"
and i put it on repeat and listen to it in my headphones
before i fall asleep in my bed.

Wouldnt it be really simple for me to just in a dream hear myself saying "I am dreaming" and be like "Ayy, Im dreaming!" and then become lucid ?

Ive fallen asleep before with music in my headphones. One time i was listening to some rap (cypress hill) and i dreamt that my friends dad was walking around and singing the song i was listening to when i was sleeping. Heheh. was pretty funny.

Anyways, anyone tried this before? Sounds like a good/bad idea? Why? Thanks!

I havent tried to lucid dream. But I do know that it is best to say something in the present tense, so your subconconcious believes it. (i dont know if i worded that right, just started to read about it) anyway, before i go to sleep i say to myself "i will dream of "blank" tonight" and that so far every night has worked. I think just saying it to yourself before you sleep will work just fine. Try it, I dont think there would be anything wrong with that, unless you do record it on mp3 and all you dream about is yourself saying "i am dreaming"...:) give it a try!

hey thanks ive heard about that before. If it works for you every night you should tell yourself to become aware in your dream (lucid) because that simply rocks heheh. At least im going to try that.

Thanks again

That definitely could work, try it. You could also record something like "look at your hands!" or so and when doing it ina dream you should become lucid.
