URGENT I NEED YOUR GUYS HELP

OK Somebody I know Was practicing general metaphysics and psi and everything like this and I sort of got him P.O.ed and he has a short fuse and He knows my schedule and everything and even though I know how to shield and excercise negs and stuff like this I dont know how to defend myself in a phsycic battle and I have exhausted every other option. Every where I go He is there and stages a attack I need to know how to defend myself and stage a offense against the person.
PLEASE HELP I am wasting a lot of energy on all these god damn shields and I dont have time to regain it its like hes attacking me with some form of phsycic vampirism and psi attacks and its driving me CRAZY
I need to know how to handle this post with any info you have please

Were they your friend? Even if not, they must feel bad somewhere inside. Revenge never really feels good if you think about it.  If you're tired of shielding, then I think you should get back to the basics of human communication. And in the meantime NEW energy techniques should at least help strengthen you.
