When you exercise particular muscles you can send energy to them. When you do this, you can visualize the changes you want to make in those muscle groups. Slower, more conscious exercises will contribute more to muscle growth than just trying to get through the exercises while allowing your mind to drift. Just two opposite examples.

You can also send energy into food and drinks with the intention of making them easier to digest and more capable of helping to build muscle.

Exercises which stretch the muscles, such as a yoga or tai chi routine, can help you with building up your muscles. The information I've read in magazines say that this approach does not make sense but that it works. I don't see why it might not make sense. Even if it makes the muscles stronger without letting them get bigger as quickly, they will still get bigger and they will develop more correctly. Then there are other advantages, such as that yoga and tai chi are designed to help the organs, tendons, and ligaments keep up with the development of the muscles.

tsk tsk tsk. hasn't your mother ever told you about taking shorcuts?  :) just kidding. but i really do favour the natural ways of doing things. after all, if it ain't natural than it ain't as efficient.

Secret of Secrets

Tom

What exactly was it of the things mentioned in this thread which is unnatural?

What was the shortcut involved?

tsk is my initials.

Don't know about the visualization technique, but I know what works and what will save you money, time and frustration in the long run.

Read what the key has to say and all of the testimonies given.
Then do yourself the BIGGEST FAVOR and spend the measly $100 to get his book. IT WORKS! I bought it, I figured you could easy throw down $70 on Sushi and beer for 2 people, a movie and coffee and dessert afterwards another $30 easily. There's your $100, GONE!

Dude, do not give the cost a second thought. This guy gives you the most EXACT method of bodybuilding the way you should do it, exposes the fraud of all of those usually sugary weight powders, proteins, etc. and you will get HUGE if you follow the book. The results are IMMEDIATE, (2-3 weeks) and the method is straightforward. The best book I ever found with good information was by Bill Pearl. And this guy gives you a full 90-day MONEY back guarantee. If you have no scruples, you can photo copy the info you want and send it back to him, but you won't. If you get it, you will read it like a bible and do it! Check it out man, you won't be sorry!

PS - I am under an alias and will not give you my real name so as to prove that I am not gaining anything from this guy's book by endorsing it. Oahn Macleod is obviously a fascade screen name. And it's not my site and I am not the guy selling. I live in NJ, he is from PA and I simply came across his site and got lucky in finding it. You are now lucky to know where to look as well!

Ok, I've never tried this, nor have I made up my mind either way whether this thing works or not, but does the picture of that guy, under the heading "PICTURE TESTIMONIALS" labeled #1, does that not look like a 14 year old boy? It's supposed to represent a picture of the man before he went on this plan, but it looks to me like a picture of an average 14 yr old! There's even his favorite teddy bear in the background! heh

Okay, last defense here...

I know you might be skeptical about the claims made on the sight, or the testimonials themselves. Well, I have to tell you this...

I actually called the people who supposed made those claims in those testimonials. I called information and asked for their names by the cities they listed. Lo and behold, I was able to speak to 4 people about the program, if it was legit and if it worked. One guy was and still is, a blind bodybuilder, and we talked for over an hour on the subject of weighlifting as well.
I was really hestitant before buying this guy's manual, but I am SO happy I did. Again, the only othe  book that I could recommend on the subject is by Bill Pearl, Getting Stronger. He's a vegetarian bodybuilder who understands the sport better than anyone. And I would not be surprised if Francesco from MuscleNow got some of these concepts from him as well.

$100 is a laughable amount when you list all the things you probably waste your money on anyway. Think in terms of dollar to use ratio and the book is worth $1,000 easily...

Good luck with your workouts...
Oahn

pod3, nice long post, but is it a joke or what? I'm not criticizing you, but I have seen a lot of 'sarcastic posts' lately.
Thanks,

metaphysics

Pod3,
Wow, could you please clarify a few things? Thank you:
Why were there people in the room with you? Is it important for people to be present?

Is the column of light a visualization thing, or do you just ask for the column?

How deep a trance you do you need? - light, full, or deep?

Beforehand do you just intend to for example: have bigger biceps?

Thanks a lot!

metaphysics

Hi,
I tried your techniques as best as I could whilst in a trance state.  I attempted to gain muscle on my calves.  I asked for the column of light, but nothing happened, so I just felt energy flowing into me - I got some sensations in my calves, but nothing really happened and they aren't any bigger.  I didn't experience any of the effects you listed such as headache - am I missing something?
Thanks,
M

U can visualise muscles glowing during the actual workout--it imporves the mind-muscle connection.

BTW--whats your top bench, squat and deadlift NOW?????????

Hi,
I would really like it if someone could give me a method  for assisting my bodybuilding using any kind of metaphysical method. I am really interested in this. IS THERE ANY WAY TO GROW MUSCLES USING ENERGY?
Best Wishes,
M
