Chakras

me and my friend Noah (we are 14 and are in england) are trying loadsa things, although i have been trying longer than him. Its sort of a competition, which i am winning Anyway, i have seen soo many different methods of meditating chakras and opening them i dont no which to choose, right now im doing third eye meditation Satanic style. Noah is trying to open his base chakra, anyway ANYTHING can help me..im a complete n00bie, im only 14, oh and does anyone have a map of you hand chakras?? Thankya bibi

Get a feel for energy first:
The N.E.W method is very good for this, and teaches you how open energy centers in hands, arms feet and legs. Once you got that you can use what you learned to open your major chakras. The beauty of this system is it doesn't require an instructor and you get pretty good feedback from your body if you are doing something wrong or right.

NEW is really good for getting a feel for energy, and once you get that you can pick up other energy systems much more quickly. I find that there are other systems out there that are much more fun and much less boring to practice than N.E.W but N.E.W really makes a very good foundation for them.

Opening Chakras:
Once you have given your energy body some exercise opening your chakras is just a matter of pushing some energy through them, or focusing on them, and they will open in a very short period of time.  Getting a feel for energy is THE KEY, once you do that the rest  will come very naturally.

First of all, I'm not at all sure Theistic Satanism is the best source to be getting your chakric teachings from.

Second of all, you don't 'compete' to see who can open their chakras the fastest. Well... maybe for your first one or two, but as you get higher, if you really are opening them, stupid competition like that wouldn't really even matter.
