Soul Creation...through love

Has anyone ever experienced anything that could indicate that this might be possible? It's far fetched to me however I am currently reading one of the SERRAted Edge novels-Spiritride. There was a line in there that I really loved the idea of. This character's motorbike got carried over into the spirit world with him, because he loved "her" and he was told because he loved his motorcycle he'd created a soul.  Ok so now I have to live in the real world, but I've always had a close connection to cars that I've loved. The latest one in particular.
So in people's opinion-is it just wishful thinking on a stronger scale (likely answer) or is there something more? I've attempted to use my ability to manipulate energy to strengthen this connection before now..as I really mean it when I try. :-)  Yes I'm talking about cars, motorbikes, boats..I guess other folks would think of other things.

I read that we can create a soul through love for a pet.

I don't think love's the only thing you can use to create a "soul", though.  Servitors and egregores can be considered primitive (or maybe even not) souls of some kind, and they can be created through all kinds of strong emotions and desires.

Edit:  Just noticed you were asking for experience relating to creation.  I've played around with servitor creations, and the emotion/energy I used to start the spirit is hate, annoyance and frustration.  It worked in that it did create a servitor whose presence I can feel, and it even fulfilled its job very successfully for a couple of weeks.  Then it sorta fell apart/faded away, due to reasons I am not certain of, but I suspect it could've been my own bad "programming", or possibly outside influences or a mixture of anything.

In the case of a living animal I believe they already have a soul. I don't believe what some religions have said in the past about this one. Anything that's certainly alive enough to interact with has a soul-in my belief anyway. Probably living creatures we can't interact with on a personal level too..maybe all life has a soul and/or soul connections.

I have heard Leanain that cherished swords do-especially when they are made especially for the warrior. I love playing with my own sword collection-and I've been told one I have certainly has some aura to it.  I can send a pic of my own working sword collection :-).

"What is REAL?" asked the Rabbit one day. "Does it happen all at once, or bit by bit?" "It doesn't happen all at once," said the Skin Horse.  "You become.  It takes a long time.  That's why it doesn't often happen to people who break easily, or have sharp edges, or who have to be carefully kept.  Generally, by the time you are Real, most of your hair has been loved off, and your eyes drop out and you get loose in the joints and very shabby.  But these things don't matter at all, because once you are Real, you can't be ugly, except to people who don't understand."

~ Margery Williams, The Velveteen Rabbit

I just thought to throw this in for fun.

Hello All! It's impossible for a bike to have a soul. But, it's not impossible to manifest physical items in the AP. I always wear this gold chain with a tricolored gold cross on it. In the AP I always have it on too. It is just a subconscious thing I guess. I have had other spirits look at it and even question it before. I think that if something becomes a part of you no matter how big or small, you can take it anywhere.
Reality is defined as one's own perception of life.

I don't believe this part Dagalvyi. How do we "know" this for a fact? Whilst I can't prove it's possible either, so we are both in the same boat as regards absolute statements I think.  I see no good reason why a bike, car, boat or whatever shouldn't develope a soul if it was created/used with love and fondness.  just a feeling I guess.

Well I've been out for a week with my partner on a boat we hired. She's ten years old, and I'm 100% sure that I can definitly feel something in a boat like that-not just her but other boats I met. All quite unique-even amongst similar boats.  After my brother was able to explain to me that he saw stronger "spirits" or energy clouds around various boats than cars etc I figured this must be a function of age, intentions of people handling them, the amount of handling and hand building/caring they get etc.

Whilst I'm not attempting to state I've got a handle on exactly the truth of this-I do know I personally feel dead lucky that I can sense and feel some sort of communication with this. I could do something similar on the plane back. The week itself has made me aware of something I was dismissing as my imagination actually may have more solidity and depth to it than I gave it credit for.

However it's my own experience and I merely relay it to interested folks-not to debate the belief system(s) that could explain it.  I don't feel that trying to critically "know" the absolute razor truth is possible or worthwhile in every case, sometimes maybe it's just worthwhile working with something you feel and know inside yourself works-regardless of anyone else's opinions or belief systems.

I like what you say - this resonates with me.

Can I just clarify that the boat is ten years old, not your partner?

We all find nonsenses to believe in; it's part of being alive.

The boat was ten years old. :-) LOL.

Before I went on this holiday I already a more basic attraction to cars and boats-and normally "lust" would dictate which ones I'd like the best LOL, the latest, sexiest etc etc...

But since this awareness is much stronger than the wisp of imagination I thought it was before-my values about boats have altered a lot.  Especially when I as good as fell in love with a 30 yr old Broom 35 called Chalder! :-) The "spirit" was very strong and to me, talkative...it's as if when I notice that part of a boat they notice me noticing, and because I'm amenable to the possibility of communication, it happens.

I get a conversation often revolving around the relevance and reality of the existence of "their" personality etc.  Some conversations were enlightening as I asked about purpose and other stuff.

It seems that intention as ever is a key factor, along with emotional commitments etc. Most boats I'm describing here are built with a high degree of personal manpower - manual labour really, even the mass market (such as it is). So a LOT of intention is built up even from new.  Then you have the desires and emotions of the people who use them.. Lyall Watson talks about this stuff in Supernature and his later book.

I can't quite see why I "chose" to be aware in quite this way, when my basic psychic abilities are rudimentary to non existent most of the time-apart from energy work.  I can't quite tell if this was something I sought out myself when I was young or whether it just happened. Anyway I'm rambling on, mainly because I want to talk to anyone else who can relate really.  Because of this I'm strongly drawn towards selling the house and finding the "right" boat for me (well us actually). One that's got a strong deep talkative spirit as far as I'm concerned :-).

Interestingly I can't quite do this with animals so much, though 99% of my focus has been with machines. I don't know if this can serve any purpose whatsoever apart from fun. Difficult to know...
Any thoughts would be welcome.
