greetings everyone, im new to the forum, but i've been reading the topics for the past half year. i get a great deal of help when im either stuck doing chakra work, O.B.E, etc.

well anyways, for the second time now, when im asleep and having a dream, i find myself shaking violently, my legs are trembling, my lower body too. this has never happened to me before ever so its kinda freaking me out. i dont feel pain, discomfert...nothing. but when im in my dream i begin to feel my physical body shake so bad i have to wake up in order for it to stop. and i've noticed that it starts when im dreaming sexual dreams. its nothing like when i practice astral projecting, i can tell the difference because when i AP its a subtle swaying, not some violent seizure like shaking. and when a few seconds after waking up im still shaking and then it immediately stops.  i need help because its happening almost every night and it feels like im gonna fall off the bed. i dont know whats going on.

if anyone knows anything about this i would really appreciate any input:)

thanx!

What MajorTom says is very true. It's hard to believe that it is not doing some damage it can be that intense, but it is, as he says, harmless, so relax. Imagine close on 16 years of vibes like that, and I am sure there are those who have had them for longer, unpleasant as they may be it is good news and if there was any problem with it I am sure it would have come to light by now. It can get a bit of a bind night after night I know, but you'll probably find it will taper off only to comeback unexpectedly weeks or months from now in a succesion of disturbed nights. Make the most of it because the subtle swaying is, I think, only an awareness that this 'other' body exists. You should be pleased, the work you have put in is paying off now you are getting the real McCoy vibes.

I seem to have got weened off the night ones mostly (though I don't know how) and it happens if I take a nap in the afternoon instead.

I want to thank everyone on this board, especially the moderators for making so much information readily available to us.

The past 2 months I have been experiencing vibrations. I dismissed them as trembling due to being over excited or too tired. Last night for the first time in my life, praise god, I experienced something different.

For the first time I felt strong vibrations. It's nothing like I would ever have imagined. It's as though your whole body is becoming a drilling machine. People, you will know this feeling when you experience it. It is impossible to ignore the first time it happens. Whatever your thoughts are at the time they will be interrupted by this. It's fantastic and most importantly it's real. I was about ready to throw in the towel but this has made that impossible. I'm almost becoming obsessive over this and I realise I need to calm down and go back to normal for a bit.

It's incredible, absolutely f-ing incredible and I haven't even consciously projected yet. Thank you everyone and god bless the creator of this community.

Here's what happened :)

1.) Went to bed very late at night (5 AM)
2.) Vibrations/small trembling sensations are evident
3.) Let my mind drift for a bit
4.) Random thoughts about some scenery from dungeon siege (PC Game)
5.) Saw a forest from top down, realised I wasn't an active participant in this dream.
6.) After becoming aware of No.5 thought to myself ("I am <first name> <surname>")
7.) Vibrations became a little stronger nothing too noticeable.
8.) Focussed on my brow chakra
9.) Pleaded for help (mentally) from anyone to assist me in projection.

9.5) Something in my head (not ears) popped.

10.) Strongest ever Vibrations kicked in.
11.) First thoughts "This is it, this is what I've been reading about"
12.) Note. Didn't test for sleep paralysis
13.) 6 seconds later thought "I've gone another step, I'm terminating this, I'm happy with my progress".
14.)Sat up, vibrations stopped instantly.
15.) Thought "I'm going to wake my little brother and tell him about this"

Note: Brother got me interested in this, felt I had to tell him as he hasn't had any success. I'm aware that had I continued I would have experienced something even more fantastic. This was a first time for me however and so I thought it was enough for now.

I'm very happy and this is a very exciting time in my life.

Note: I never tested for sleep paralysis but I was able to leave the vibration pretty quickly. Is that normal or does paralysis come afterwards?
