Something is living in my shoulder. Please help.

As I have increased my energy sensativity, I can now feel something disgusting living in my left shoulder.  Surely it is responsible for my tension and pain in that area.

This "thing" is about the size of a giant cockroach (5 inches or so).  I can feel it buzzing under my skin and crawling around throughout the day.  I'm getting awefully sick of feeling this thing as you could probably imagine.

As of now I am feeding no desires, I can't tell if I'm weakening it or not.
I have tried the shower technique, running water, and pushing it out with energy and prayer.  It is lodged in there and it often causes sharp pain when I try to push it out, but for the most part it just buzzes a lot and it's really annoying.

If anyone could suggest anything that might help me get rid of it or aid me in detaching this thing from my body I would greatly appreciate it.  Thanks in advance.  My e-mail is gimmecooky@hotmail.com

Phew, that was close.  Thank you for the quick reply Nita.  I actually used your prayer the night before to combat this entity.  I defenitely think it helped a lot and I will continue to use it every night for 6 more days.  A friend told me about your site about 2 days ago.

I believe I have claimed victory for whatever was attacking me.  I remember reading somewhere that Bruce said Negative entities hate christmas music.

I noticed this "thing" controlling my mind by forcing me to listen to angry and negative songs in my head.

So I used my mind to counter this with very loud christmas music.  I used my mind to blair Noel, Holy Night, White Christmas, etc.  Everytime it cut in with angry music, I just played my christmas music louder.  I blocked out any and all thoughts and focused all my effort on creating and listening to this happy joyful music.

After 5 hours of doing this constantly, the thing moved into my lower back and I think it might have left alltogether.

I'm not sure if it is completely gone yet, but I think I'm fine now.

I'm thrilled with my success against my first attack and plan on using this method again in the future.

If it comes back I'm just going to fight it with christmas music all week.

Sorry to bump this, but the thing attached to me isn't gone entirely.

I can't tell what is happening exactly.

It seems it is brooding and growing when I give in to lust.

I held out a long time, and do not give in constantly, but I can only seem to last a week or so before giving in.

I am trying desperately to control myself, but it is extremely difficult.

I'm not sure what is stuck inside me.  After I pushed it out I thought it was gone, but now I'm not sure what it is I pushed out.  Or if this is this a different entitiy that is feeding on the same spot?

Is it possible that all entities sense this week spot in my shoulder?  Or is it a curse?  or what?

Also, any tips on how to not give in to lust would be greatly appreciated.

It isn't urgent anymore, but this thing is a total nuisance.  I would like it to be gone for good.  I fear that even if I can control my urges, it will still be there.  I'm not yet strong enough to destroy it with awareness.

I read your site nita, but I didn't find anything on how to kill or remove this thing inside of me.  I've been doing the prayer, but I don't really know what else to do.

I decided to write the book and do something like this because I felt people needed to be empowered to help themselves with these problems. I figured out a way to program it so that the colors, glyphs and akashic gems reacted in different ways so everyone can use them.I have had people with all sorts of problems use them and they have helped.

Hey there Humbled, you should follow Nita's advice- but I just wanted to add this in as it is what I'm going through right now- trying to get rid of my own "Negative Entity"  It is a battle. You take it day to day, and in order to get RID of it for good- you must realize why it has attached to you in the first place. You might be on the right track with your "Lust" issue. Also, I realize that this is why religous people- lets take Christians for example- Go to church ONce A Weak. You see, some of them believe that Evil spirits who are of the "devil" are Constantly tempting them 24 hours a day- and that you need something to WARD them off- like a strong spiritual ceremony- weekly, accompanied with daily prayers- sometimes before everymeal to bless your food and drink as if you were making Holy Water- as the techniques described in Robert Bruce's Book: "Psychic Self Defense" on how to make holy water yourself.  I could go on and on- but I hope you get the point- This is something your going to have to deal with- everyday- that means no binge drinking- no binge smoking- and no rated  XX late night movies (not that you do this)

also- I was lusting after my personal trainer at the gym while still under a full psychic attack- the trainer is young and fit, with no health problems, within three days of me knowing this person and lusting after them- they fell ill, had axnxiety attacks- and could not sleep for days. I then, realized it was the NEG, becuase the NEG was getting off on me lusting after this person- and I'm sure was trying to attach itself to this person as well, so I stopped all together, and I found out it went away. The Docter said all tests came up negative too, but I know- it stopped when I stopped sending this person energy- such as the energy sent by lusting.  Also in Robert Bruce's book, "Psychic Self Defense," it clearly states that lusting after someone can be one of the things your doing to attrack a wandering NEG directly to you.
My advice, is to just realize, that until you get rid of the NEG, to forget about any serious Romances- maybe even dating- becuase the other person could be harmed. Also- you feel the buzzing in your shoulder- and then when you meditated it moved- that dosn't mean it is completly gone from you- You have to "pull out it's roots in you"  this can be done by extensive energy work as well as the Core image removal process, like you say you have been doing. I am pleased to say that after over a month and a half of trying to conquer lust, I have finally won...  Granted, my uhhh, "area" is aching a lot, probably due to Negs desperately trying to get me to cave in.  I believe I'm stronger then them now.

The second I felt the damn things growing I couldn't take it anymore.  They were swarming me at night and driving me crazy.

Now with the help of Nita's book, I hardly even feel the things.  There are still some left, but I can take my mind off them throughout the day because they aren't swarming and tickling me all the time.

I have a feeling a week from now they will be nearly non-existant.  Yay!  

I'm serious about Nita's book, that stuff is very potent and effective.  I hope you get it and put it to good use.  It improved my life drastically in a matter of days.

If you're trying to conquer bothersome lustful feelings:

If it's plain ol' "I'm young and sex-crazed" well, not much can be done there.  It's natural hormones acting up and the best you can do is distract yourself until it passes.

If it's a subconscious gender power trip, meditate on the fact that we are all *human beings* instead of simply male or female.  That helps you stop looking at the other person as a mere sex object, and the thing that feeds off of that energy will starve.

-_-; I read about this in a book. The sort of spirit lives in soft objects, and can become trapped in one of your limbs. They did not have a technical term for it; the guy just called it a fluff fairy. (Do not ask me why, I thought it was a bunch of bull until it happened to me.)

I had that happen to me before. It got stuck in my ark, and a kept constantly popping my arm and twitching to try and get rid of it. My arm would start twitching on my own; I would feel it in my arm, and all that jazz. I don't remember how I got rid of it, but I know it is not there now.

I donno, this thing is really nasty.  It won't just "leave" as you say.  It actually causes physical pain and tension.  It causes sharp stabbing pains every so often in a very specific pinpoint spot.  God knows what it is and what it's doing there.

It seems very set on remaining attached to me.  I've known about it for several weeks and I still can't seem to get rid of it.

I have a nasty that enters my leg at my large toe (and the others too), with an attachment in the ball of the large toe, it goes up the leg to the hip, where there's another attachment, there's an attachment on my root chakra, and also in the right of my chest.

How's that for a nasty one!  I've been doing extensive energy work trying to rid myself of this thing, no luck yet...

Wells, if you haven't gotten Nita's book I suggest you do.  The techniques in that book can really burn the nasties away.  Also, core image stuff is hugely helpful.
