i haven't communicated w/ any yet i believe.  maybe it would be a good idea to ask them what you just asked us.  about if anyone asks or has asked that stuff yet.  :)

Lysear

what a fantastic way of learning though!! if people who have contact with guides can ask them important questions about how to project, and other questions about life and then post the results on here!

stop me if i'm wrong but isnt this a unique chance to learn?

i am never sure about how involved Guides and so on get involved..not very often at all..I agree with Robert on this....but Steiner has a good notion re asking questions of the dead..but as usual it takes a lot of ffort..you see this in many of his books..eg the Dead ar With us....

MartyD

I've been trying to ask my guide questions recently, but no answer. I reckon he stands there and has a good laugh at me while I attempt to project, just to amuse himself.

Meg

Isn't it annoying? I always forget to ask the really good questions when I am face to face with my guides while projecting.

However, I do make contact with one of my guides through automatic writing, and when I ask her anything really important, she frequently tells me to go and find out the answer for myself! (or something to that effect) The few times I have really pressed her for more info, she has wound up giving me more than I can truly digest. Once I asked her about my past lives, and she was happy to tell me the last one - which was interesting and also very relevant to what I'm going through now. Then I asked her to tell me about some more.. At first she didn't want to, but I was really persistant. So she let go with this massive stream of eighteen other lives, and I was completely overwhelmed by it all! And to be honest, most of it meant very little to me on any level beyond basic curiosity. I think there's only so much we can take in at a time!

Yah,   I forget to ask to the important questions to. Just like Meg said  I think guides are selective on giving out info because they want you to learn the answers for yourself.  I know this is such a pain in the $**&#@.      Mostly I'm on the receiving end of info instead of the asking questons part. I think if guides want you to know somekind of info (important or not) ,they will commnicate it to you.   Sometimes I can ask questions but not very often and when I do it is usually questions closest to the heart.  But of course  I haven't been in contact with guides very long.

I think its a great thing to ask of guides, when your ready to understand. I think its a bad idea for people to share these things. For every legitimate thought made up, theres a false one. Wouldn't that cause quite the mess. Or what if one person was ready for one answer, and another ready for a different ansewer. They'd come here with two different answers to the same question...

Seems like a don't ask don't tell thing.

Lysear

well rest assured if I ever have another concious projection and find a guide I will ask them a good question

James S

Hi Lysear

Just after I first met my guide I asked her the question about God. She told me the one I refer to as God does exist, as she was created by this being.

Funny you should mention asking about the best way to project, as I have spoken to my guide about this as well. I have met her a few times while phasing, and she advised me that this was good practice, but she would still prefer me to learn the more "traditional" methods of projection, like the ones detailed by Robert Bruce.

As to the purpose for the purpose of learning the traditional way to project, or what is the purpose that I am being trained for, well I tried asking that too. She wasn't exactly forthcoming about it.

Don't be surprised if you ask certain questions and end up getting a "wait and see" type answer. It's annoying, but I sometimes wonder how much information we are really ready for.

James.

Lysear

those are the most solid answers I've ever heard a guide give, I hope I get one like yours!

I agree that is an interesting guide alright.
I have several characters in my dreams and life who may be guides. All of them have some purpose. I'm still trying to figure it out.

Meg

For some reason, I find it very relieving to hear that other people are having the "guides evading answers" problem. I was hoping it wasn't just me.

For those of you who have discovered more than one guide out there, do they have different ways of teaching you things? I have one guide (presumably a guide, because he does help, in a funny kind of way)  who calls himself Ellis.  He is pretty harsh with me sometimes. He nags me to do more proper training - and for those of you who read about my astral relationship experiences a couple of months back - he even brought THAT up, saying "You've done more hard work for torrid sex". (!) He's like the nasty football coach in American teen movies!

It's certainly not all I imagined having guides would be...!

i think my guide has approached me, but i got scared of all the energy he was radiating and immediately went back to my body. I know hes around when i project, but i think hes waiting for me to seek him out, and i dont feel ready for that yet.

Well, I have at least two so far.  My first contact was with a lady guide who I used to call Angelina for sometime ,but she said to call her Deana.  She is mainly the one responsible for the book reviews and lessons.  Don't feel alone about the nagingness of guides ; she does this sometimes.

And then there is Sancho, he is involved with helping and guiding me through out the day.  I really notice his help when I am having a hard time finding answers in my text books for assigned homework (mostly for psychology).  I get a little steamed because I can't find the answer ,and I have this feeling of shutting the book, so I do.  Take a couple of deep breaths and I open the book again.  Most of the time I open the book to the correct page and I skim down and the answer redlights (stands out more). I then thank him deeply for his kind help. He also helps me with a lot of other everyday things.

I have seen visions of another man and women ,but I haven't been introduced yet.  I was given the opportunity to say hello to the women with the help of Deana as we were walking past her. The woman looks up from reading a book with kind soft eyes, smiles and says hello.   Deana put her hand on my arm and said in my mind, "she's nice isn't she?"  in a soft caring voice and I replyed "yes she is" as we walk past her.  There is also a brown and white striped rabbit who guides me in meditations through forest paths. I don't remember his  name at the moment.  I usually call him (don' t laugh) Spanky.

I think a lot of people feel this way.  It seems that they know whatever is best for us especially with knowledge  aside of what is expect.

Well,
Here's my 2-cents worth on guides ... it's not much, but it's a start.  A couple of months back, I verbally set the intent of "meeting my guide for the purpose of introductions and that the meeting would occur in a neutral place (for both of us)."  That's it, pretty much verbatim.

So, I'm dreaming I am inside some house, become aware that I am dreaming and *stretch* my arms up through the ceiling, grabbing hold of the rafters, pulling my self up into the attic of this house.  I then am instantly travelling through *black space* at warp speeds and then stop in what appears to be an indoor shopping mall.  Walking around are all of my old highschool classmates ... I'm now 29 ... everyone looking young.  Then, this 50's looking petite lady walks up.  She's wearing a cream/kahki robe.  She has salt-n-pepper hair (black, white, grey) that is somewhat ancient Egyptian-cut and just above shoulder length.  She introduces herself as "Tambrina" (best I can recall) and proceeds to chat with me, I listening attentively (automatically), like listening to a "teacher".  She tells me that she is appointed to me and that Satan http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/images/icon_Smile_evil.gif" border=0> has someone appointed to me as well (that's interesting!?).  She proceeds to hand me a bracelet made of leather string and small purpleish stones/crystals ... it's for protection.  After that, I end up interacting with my old classmates in this mall.

Besides that *experience*, in a dream, I met a young, friendly, energetic and happy lady by the name of "Berea."  She was probably in her 20's.  Had long sandy-blonde/light brown hair that went to the middle of her back.  She was dressed in a late 1800's or early 1900's white dress and had her hair pulled back in a pretty hair style where the sides are pulled back and twisted, then placed in a barrett that allows all the hair to flow down the back.  I don't know if she is a guide or what, but the dream stuck out as important.

For what it's worth, when I VERBALLY set the intent to *meet my guide*, I did so with powerful emotions of wanting to meet ... I think that helped fuel the fire of my INTENT to meet.

Cheers!
Greg Taylor :)

Hi Lysear,
I have had a rather odd experience with "guides" in the past. On the way to a group obe meeting, I was "kidnapped" (ha, ha) by this beautiful little girl. She had waist length long curly blond hair and was wearing a white lacy dress. She instructed me to take her hand and not to let go. Being curious I did. She took me horizontally through what seemed to be  several portals, then straight "up" through the ethers. It was like going up very fast in a glass elevator, and seeing the floors as you ascend. I was able to discern  "layers" of populated areas, then a little void space between each one.
Later this being changed form for me, after arriving at our "destination", a school in the seventh heaven. She became a luminous orb of brilliant light. She had not wanted to frighten me, so had appeared as the little girl.
Over the next eight months attending this school on a daily basis, I was to learn a great deal. They taught many forms of spiritual "being" and how these could be enhanced. Much prophecy was also passed to we two or three students in this class. I have it all on floppys, and in written notes. There is just "so much" . It was explained that we are "watched" by the higher realms, and that when we are ready they will contact us for further learning. We were told that there would soon be many more students there.

And , yes, they do teach that The Prime Creator is in charge of all the universes. This Being is both male and female, and basically operates through pure love (my wording).

Please tell us what you learned!

HI Greg,
As you probably could guess there are pages and pages.  I did post them all in e-mail form to am e-group that I was a member of at that time, I still have them all in that form. If there was a place to post them all here, I would be happy to. Is there? One of the prerequisites for attending that school was that we students share what we learned. One of the other students was a healer, she had recently crossed over in  death, another was a scientist who worked with sound and light technology, he attended during his "sleep" time. He would often sleep during class, his head on his desk. I awakened him once in class-he thanked me. There were several others who came and went too.

Hey Donna,

Have you ever heard of anything called a confushious stone?  Today I was told to meditate not with a meditation stone but a confushious stone by a teacher of some sort. He was not my guide.   I have searched the web for confushious and only one link was availabe with all the links from that link were dead.  Anyway, I will have to go to the library later.  I was just wondering if you might know of something like this.

Tracy

Donna

Thanks Greg,
I'll e-mail Adrian, and send them to you too. Please forgive if it takes a few days, I am restocking my store and am a little crazy for time right now.

Tracy,
No I have never heard of a "Confushious Stone", I am wondering now;;;;;http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/images/icon_Smile_question.gif" border=0>

Donna you have interesting and wonderful experiences. I too would like to hear more of them.

I have three guides who I know of. There are more I'm sure but they are in forms and places I cannot reach at this time.
one of them has shown himself once. He is friendly and dressed like a Roman in the old days. He may be connected with health someway.
Another guide has been around many years. His purpose is odd but he acts out typical dream scenerios.
Another guide I've had for many years. He is a healer. He is an Eastern Indian

Donna....

If Adrian doesn't get back to you, send me your emails, and I can throw them up on my server.....that way, we can just post one link to everyone and they can view them online that way.  Could you save you a lot of time as opposed to emailing everyone all the time.
