what were some of the things you were interested in? just to see that maybe those who look for what's out there find it

paranormal, always believed there was a heaven, ancient cultures

or even compare your personality to how it was say a few years back

for me..I notice I'm alot more aware..I don't let emotions get the best of me as much...

I'm sure I'll think of more for both

I was a hard-core skeptic. Unreasonably so. But I was smart enough to take up someone when they said, you don't have to believe in OBEs, you can experience them yourself. I've never been fond of faith.

I decided I'd try it for a month, see if there was anything to it. Turns out there was.

Now I'm surprised to realize just how dogmatic and un-scientific most skeptics are.

I guess I'd have to agree that I'm a lot more aware than before. But it's been an interesting year and half since I first looked into OBEs. Most of it was spent so irritated at how elusive the experience was (just barely had enough experiences to keep interest afloat)! I think I had to relearn some concepts 5 times before I started to understand them. I still have to go back and get myself back on track about a lot of things.

I also got interested in occult stuff. Interesting to read about, but for me, utterly useless for anything practical. I think it's the equivalent of primeval psychology.

Phasing was a real godsend once I got seriously interested in it. When that happened and I got a good idea of what it was and how to do it, I had more experiences in two weeks than I had in the previous year+. Now I feel a lot more playful towards OBEs and much less frustrated.

There's definitely a more exciting outlook to existence now than I had before.
A certain degree of neurosis is of inestimable value as a drive, especially to a psychologist - Sigmund Freud

I was a christian and skateboarder before I got involved with any of this. That all changed when I started smoking pot and reading about lucid dreaming.
We are not truly lost, until we lose ourselves.

i was a Christian and I thought it was evil. I used to be real sweet and polite believe it or not (for those who know me)

but over time i got more and more into it. i was real into spirituality and enlightenment for a while. then i stopped projecting quite as much and now i am who i am now. er no witty comments or insults please. anyway it made me opinionated, strong willed and stubborn. i know im gonna get replies sayin not to blame my personal changes on projecting cuz it is we who make ourselves change but in this instance, no. projecting definitely changed me.
