My new avatar

I'd been planning on making this cool new avatar for a while now, and I finally made it (using flash5).

Now, whenever I stare at it, I start to get the bubbly feeling in my sub-navel, as if I was raising energy.  

This happen to any other energy-raisers?  How about people who don't raise energy?  Feels kind of like gas.

I do raise energy,although I need to practice more.When I stare at the image,  I feel the rushing sensations corresponding to the movement in the image.I also feel a kind of subtle rumbling in my navel area-and no, I'm not hungry

I find out last night that I get the same sensations just by remembering the image and it's movement in my mind.

It's like effortless energy raising.
